Sustainable management of our vineyards with minimal intervention throughout the winemaking process produces pristine and flavourful wine focussed on leaving our world in a better place.

This cool-climate blend from Langhorne Creek offers a harmonious expression of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, showcasing the best of both varietals in a medium-bodied frame.
On the nose, it opens with lifted herbal notes—think bay leaf, mint, and crushed blackcurrant leaf—typical of Cabernet grown in cooler conditions. Beneath that, Shiraz lends subtle layers of plum, black cherry, and a hint of peppery spice.

The palate is balanced and supple, with fine tannins and a fresh acid line that carries flavors of dark berries, dried herbs, and a touch of cedar. A whisper of earthiness and graphite adds depth, while the finish is clean and persistent.
