藏·酿造院 (Cang Niang Zao Yuan) is a high-profile Chinese Baijiu brand featuring sauce aroma, introduced by Swan Wine Group.
The Cang Niang Zao Yuan distillery is located in the core 7.5 square kilometer sauce-aroma Baijiu production area of Maotai Town, just 751 meters from the source of Maotai liquor, sharing the same water extraction area from the Chishui River. The distillery boasts 300 fermentation pits, an annual production capacity of nearly 3,000 tons, and a nearly 40-year history of Baijiu production, accumulating 30,000 tons of high-quality aged Baijiu.
